If you already bought Pro and it is not showing up, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it. If Pro still does not appear, email us with your store receipt and we will sort it out.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are managed in your store account. In the app, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, which takes you straight there. You can also go to your device settings: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Because Apple and Google process every payment, refunds are handled by them and we cannot issue one directly. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Play Store order history. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we will help you make the case.
Pro starts with a free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you will not be charged. You can check the exact renewal date in your store subscription settings.
No. Poker Spot works fully signed out, with your data stored on your device. An account is only needed if you want cloud backup, restore on a new device, or the social features.
Sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email account on the new device and your sessions, hands, bankroll entries, and live check-ins come back down from your backup. Your sessions and hands are private to your account. Nothing is public unless you post it.
Email sign-in uses a magic link rather than a password, so there is nothing to reset. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the same address you signed up with. If you used "Sign in with Apple" and chose to hide your email, sign in that same way again, since the private relay address is what your account is tied to.
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account at the bottom. You can also request deletion from the web at pokerspot.gg/delete-account. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed and what is retained.
The free tier is a real product, not a demo. You can log unlimited sessions and hands, with your 5 most recent sessions and 10 most recent hands open for study, plus 15 training hands and drills every day. Exporting a hand as a video is free, always.
